Sliced ultra-thin (5–6 slices per pack) R801,21 p/kg Arrabon Handcrafted Speck is made according to German tradition exclusively from Arrabon, Reared Antibiotic-free pork, farmed in Magoebaskloof. Pork cut from the hams is cured, smoked, and hung to mature in the cool Mountain air. The whole process takes 4 months to complete. The result is a delightfully flavoured product for the discerning meat-lover. It can be eaten raw on good quality bread, or with cheese and fruit on a charcuterie board, or shredded into salad; or use it to wrap cooked meat and add the “wow” factor to your next meal for your special friends and family.
