I planted Burgundy Amaranth last year and they germinated with no issues. I didn’t plant any more seeds this year because they have self seeded all over my back yard. One plant even popped up in my front yard and it ended up being about 9ft tall. This has been a slow gardening year for me so I love that I didn’t have to put in much effort for these beautiful tall plants. They look great next to my tall sunflowers. Just know that once you plant them, they will self seed everywhere. Luckily. If one pops up where you don’t want it, they’re super easy to transplant elsewhere!
