Description Ibuprofen Tablets 400mg Ibuprofen Tablets 400mg contain the active ingredient ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and lower temperature. How It Works: Ibuprofen inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX), an enzyme crucial for the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are substances that contribute to inflammation and pain. By inhibiting COX, ibuprofen reduces prostaglandin production, leading to less inflammation and pain. Directions: Adults and elderly: Take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours after food.
